What is your process for working on smaller projects?

For smaller projects our approach to architectural visualisation involves a focused process tailored to your specific needs. Typically, we begin by creating a detailed 3D model based on your architectural plans and design preferences. Once the model is refined we apply textures and materials to accurately reflect your envisioned finishes. Lighting is then carefully set up to enhance realism before proceeding to render the final images. Depending on the complexity and level of detail required this process typically spans 1 to 2 weeks to deliver 3 to 5 high-quality rendered images. We prioritise clear communication and aim to exceed your expectations in visualizing your project’s potential throughout the process.

What is the format accepted for files?

We typically require architectural plans, elevations, and sections in CAD format, as well as material specification schedule, textures, and lighting plans and specifications if applicable. Clear communication of project objectives, desired style, and any reference images or mood boards can greatly assist in ensuring the visualisation aligns with your vision. Timely feedback during the process helps us tailor the visuals to meet your expectations effectively.

How much does it cost?

Our pricing varies based on the complexity and level of detail required. For still images costs typically range from £59 to £299 per image.

The lower end of this scale applies to simpler renderings with basic textures and lower resolution which are suitable for initial design concepts or presentations. At the higher end, prices reflect more intricate renderings with high-detail textures, advanced lighting setups, and high-resolution outputs suitable for large-scale printing or publication.

For animations our pricing starts from £329 per 10 seconds, with factors like complexity of animation sequences and additional effects influencing overall costs.

We tailor our pricing to ensure that clients receive high-quality visualisations that meet their specific project needs and budget considerations.

As an experienced 3D Visualiser and Part2 Architecture Graduate, I bring a wealth of knowledge to every project. My journey includes working on high end commercial projects, affordable housing projects, and home renovations, producing detailed interior and exterior visualizations.

With a BSc. in Architectural Studies, a Master of Architecture, and ICA Accredited CPTED Class B, I blend strong academic foundations with practical skills, prioritising safety and functionality in designs, and insights that integrate liveability principles and crime prevention theories with innovative solutions that resonate with both aesthetic appeal and practicality.
